Care of your Paintings
How can I take care of and clean my painting?
Please keep your painting out of extreme temperature, humidity and direct sunlight to so that it will remain in top condition.
All paintings are sealed with a matt coating for protection. Paintings are best cleaned with a soft dry cloth or a slightly damp cloth if necessary.
Gift Certificates
How do I purchase a gift certificate?
Click here to go to the gift certificate product page. Use the drop down menu on that page to select the amount that you would like the gift certificate to be made out for. Please include the recipient's name in the special instructions or comments box during the checkout process as well as your preferred method to receive the certificate (e-mail or post). Once you have completed your purchase and payment has been received, we will either e-mail you the gift certificate or send it to your postal address, depending on what is best for you.
How do I activate a gift certificate?
Each gift certificate from this store has a unique code. This code needs to be entered online to redeem the certificate. This can be done by clicking here or by simply entering the code during the checkout process. You must have an account with Imaginart to redeem your certificate.
Can I buy something for more than my certificate amount?
Yes. When you checkout you will be asked how much of your gift certificate you would like to use. If you choose to use all of it, but still don't have enough to cover the order, you just need to pay for the rest by another method.
What happens to my gift certificate if I don't use all of it?
If the value of your order is less than the gift certificate amount, a balance will be held in your Imaginart account for you to use at a later date!

How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
To unsubscribe from our newsletter, all you need to do is let us know (via the contact us page) that you want to be removed. Once we receive your request, we will remove you from the subscription list and you will no longer receive any e-mail's from us. Please read our privacy notice if you have any concerns regarding your privacy.
Shipping and Returns
Can I arrange to pick up my painting(s)?
Pick up is available in Richmond, NSW (2753) or alternatively at the Richmond Markets (held every second month in the town centre).
How many days does it take to deliver?
Normally, it takes 3 to 4 business days. You will be notified if there is likely to be a longer delivery time than this. Please keep watch for any possible delays on the home page of this site. Note that if you have ordered a custom made painting, delivery time can be longer.
Do you ship internationally?
We are more than happy to ship internationally. Please contact us for a specific quote with your required destination.
How is my order packaged?
Cards and prints are mailed in a stiff cardboard mailer or reinforced envelope to make sure they reach you in pristine condition.
Due to the variations in sizes and the postage costs of sending original artworks I use recycled materials where possible. As well as a whole heap of bubble wrap! This keeps the postage costs down, helps our environment a little and means your paintings are packaged well for their individual dimensions.
What do I do if my painting is damaged in the post?
Great care is taken to deliver your painting in top condition. If the product is damaged upon delivery please take a photo and send the photo to lisa@imaginart.com.au with your order number within 7 days.
Do you refund purchases?
I believe you will be very pleased with your painting when it arrives. If, however, you are somehow dissatisfied please contact me. I am happy to refund your money, excluding postage costs, once receiving the painting in its original condition.
If you wish to return your painting you must notify me with your order number within 7 days of delivery. As the buyer you are responsible for return postage costs.
